Alternately referred to as 662 Titanium, 6AL-6V-2SN Titanium is an alloyed grade of alpha-Beta Titanium. Similar to 6AL-4V in many ways, 6AL-6V-2SN exhibits higher strength properties due to additional Vanadium, Iron, and Copper. The combination of high strength, light weight, and exceptional corrosion resistance make Titanium the perfect metal for a variety of applications. Titanium of both this composition and size is very rare.
